At CareerCraft Labs Ltd, we want you to be successful in your career journey. Because we provide digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy follows specific UK regulations for digital content.


1. Digital Content Delivery & Consent

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, by purchasing and downloading our digital products (Resume Packs, Industry Bundles, or Career Guides), you:

  1. Request immediate access to the digital content.

  2. Acknowledge that once the download or access has started, you lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel or “change your mind” for a refund.


2. Eligibility for a Refund

While “change-of-mind” refunds are not available for downloaded digital goods, we will issue a full refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Faulty Files: The file is corrupt, broken, or cannot be opened using standard software (Microsoft Word/Google Docs).

  • Misdescribed Products: The content of the download is fundamentally different from what was described on the product page.

  • Technical Failure: You were charged by Stripe, but the download link was never delivered to your email or on-screen.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you experience a technical issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Contact info@careercraftlabs.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order ID and a brief description (or screenshot) of the technical fault.

  3. Technical Review: Our team will attempt to fix the file for you within 24 hours. If we cannot fix the issue, a full refund will be processed immediately.


4. Processing Your Refund

  • Gateway: All refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe.

  • Timeline: Once approved, the refund will appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • No Fees: We do not charge “restocking” or administrative fees for valid refund claims.


5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please notify us within 48 hours. We will verify the duplicate transaction in our Stripe dashboard and refund the second payment in full.


6. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you are enrolled in a recurring career membership:

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

  • In accordance with the DMCCA 2026, if your subscription auto-renews for a term of 12 months or more, you have a 14-day renewal cooling-off period to cancel and receive a proportionate refund.
