1. Billing & Stripe Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. CareerCraft Labs Ltd does not store your credit card details. All transactions are encrypted and handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS security standards.
Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Immediately after a successful transaction, a formal PDF invoice will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This will include our company details for your records.
How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
Transactions will typically appear as CAREERCRAFTLABS or STRIPE * CAREERCRAFT on your bank or credit card statement.
2. Access & Digital Delivery
How do I access my products after purchase?
Since we provide digital career resources, delivery is instantaneous. Once the Stripe payment is verified, you will be redirected to a download page. A backup link will also be emailed to you immediately.
What if I cannot open the files?
Our resume packs and bundles are provided in standard .docx (Microsoft Word) and .pdf formats. If you encounter any technical issues or corrupt files, please contact us at info@careercraftlabs.co.uk with your Order ID, and we will provide a new link within 24 hours.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
What is your refund policy?
In accordance with UK consumer law for digital content, once the download has started, the service is deemed “consumed.” However, we value your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase or if the product does not match the description, please contact our support team within 14 days to discuss a resolution or credit.
Can I cancel a subscription?
If you have signed up for a recurring career bundle or membership, you can cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
